Vineyard location: El Cepillo, Uco Valley, Mendoza, Argentina

Altitude: 1100 mts snm / 3608 ft above sea level.

Soil: Sandly solis with stony in subsoil an a layer of calcium carbonate.

Grape variety: 100% Malbec.

Average vineyard production: 6.000 kg per ha / 2,4 tons per acre.

Age vineyard: 50 years old.

Harvest: Hand harvested in small plastic boxes of 18 kg at the ends of march.

Fermentation: Alcoholic in stainless steel tanks. Natural malolactic fermentation in oak barrels.

Alcohol: 14º.

TA / PH: 5.30 / 3.70.

Types of oak and length time in bottle: 18 months in first use French (70%) and American (30%) oak barrels and at least 2 years in the bottle before release.

Production: 3.800 bottles.

Tasting Notes: Intense violet-red coloured wine with fresh and fruity. Great structure, sweet tannins, remarkable varietal character and delicate oak notes on the finish.
